Delivery & Returns


We deliver all orders within Australia via Australia Posts express post service. When you spend $100 or more at we will ship your order for FREE! When your order is less than $100 you will be charged $15 for post. 

Deliveries are subject to the Australia post terms of service and whilst we can do our best for the product to reach you asap, it is difficult to control especially in the busy holiday seasons. We do not make any guarantees. 

We do not ship orders over $5000. These purchases are available for collection in-store only. Simply show your on-line receipt (this was emailed to you when you placed your order online), the credit card used for your purchase, and a form of photo ID.

We do our best to dispatch orders within 48 hours, however on occasion this is not possible due to items being out of stock. If the item cannot be re-ordered, you will be given a refund. If the item can be re-ordered your order will be placed on backorder, you will be contacted via email with details of your backorder item. You can choose whether to accept the new delivery date of your item or if this doesn’t suit you, you can elect to receive a full refund.

Damage or loss in transit can occasionally happen. If it does, we will take responsibility for it. Please call us Mon-Fri on (03 5623 1773) to organise the return of damaged goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived.

We currently deliver to addresses in Australia only.
